3. How do I earn points?
Watch a module: 5 points
Pass a module quiz on the first try:
Freshmen & Sophomores: 15 points
Juniors: 20 points
Seniors: 25 points

4. What happens if I don't pass a quiz on the first try?
You have 3 attempts for each quiz.
Each failed attempt reduces your potential points by 5.
You must get all answers correct to earn points.

5. What can I use my points for?
Enter raffles for prizes like iPads. You are automatically entered when you have enough points!

6. Do I lose points when I enter raffles, register for events, or courses?
- No! You do not lose or redeem points to enter our raffles, small group mentoring sessions, register for events, or college-level classes
- We want you to participate and join as many events as possible. So go ahead and explore!

7. Can I watch modules from previous grade levels?
Yes, you can access modules from one grade level below your current grade.
These are for reference only and DO NOT earn points.

8. Do I have to watch modules in a specific order?
- No, you can watch modules in any order you prefer.

9. Is there an ONTRACK Plus app?
- No, but the website is mobile-friendly.

10. Are the modules available in other languages?
- Videos have Spanish captions, but quizzes are in English only.

11. How do I know if I've completed a module?
You must watch the entire video AND complete the quiz for it to be marked as complete.
ASU College Courses

1. What do I need to do prior to starting my course?
- ONTRACK Plus will enroll you in the course you selected. Prior to starting a course, you must activate your ASUrite account and password. You will then need to login to your myASU dashboard, set up DUO registration and complete the Identity Verification process.
- You can use a school ID, driver’s license, passport, learners permit, or birth certificate to prove your identity.
- Coursework cannot be started without DUO and the Identity verification process finished.
- You MUST complete both tasks at least 1 week before the course officially starts.

2. Where do I complete my coursework?
The course is offered online through ASU's digital platform. You will use your ASUrite and password to log into your class. Bookmark this link to log into your course by pressing the gold login button on the right side of the webpage.

3. What is the time commitment?
- You should expect to spend at least 8-10 hours per week on coursework, including watching lectures, completing assignments, and studying

4. What does coursework in the class look like?
Typically, coursework includes readings, assignments, quizzes, and potentially group discussions or projects.
Please check your course syllabus for more information.
Your classes will have a series of assignment deadlines.
Late work is not accepted, so make sure to do your work on time.

5. What does the support look like?
- You will receive support from both ASU professors and ONTRACK Plus staff, including tutoring resources and academic guidance.

6. How do office hours with ONTRACK Plus work?
We offer weekly check-ins via video call to discuss your progress and address any concerns.
You will receive further instructions via email.

7. How do I claim my credit?
Upon successful completion of the course, if you earn an A, B or C, you can transcribe the course to your ASU transcript.
You will need to select this option after all the coursework is finished. The course will then be transcribed to your ASU college transcript.

8. Will this show up on my college transcript?
- If you complete the course and your final grade is a C or better, you will have the option to transcribe the course to your ASU transcript.
- You have up to 12 months from completing the course to convert the course to your transcript.

9. How is this course free? Are you sure that I do not need to pay?
Yes, it is completely free to take the course through our partnership with ASU-- costs are covered by ONTRACK Plus.
It is free for students to convert the credit within 12 months of course completion.
If you do not convert the credit within 12 months of course completion, you will lose the option to convert the course.
Please convert the course as soon as all coursework is graded.

10. Can I drop out?
- While we strongly encourage completion, you can withdraw according to ASU's academic calendar without penalty.

11. What happens if I fail?
- If you do not pass the course, it will not appear on your transcript.

12. Will I receive points on ONTRACK Plus for participating?
- Yes, you will earn points for your participation in the course.

13. How do I order a transcript to transfer my credit to another college or university?
This can be done through your myASU dashboard. You are responsible for paying the $15 fee to send your credits to another university or college.

1. How are students enrolled in ONTRACK Plus?
After signing the User Agreement, you'll receive an email asking for your student roster.
We'll then "Batch Upload" your students and create their accounts.

2. Can we modify which modules our students watch?
- Yes, contact ONTRACK Plus to discuss your options. Send an email to: team@ontrackplus.org

3. Is there a limit to how many students we can enroll?
- No, there's no limit as long as students are actively using the platform.

4. Can we have multiple staff accounts?
- Yes, but for groups under 100 students, one shared account is recommended.

5. How many modules are there per grade level?
9th grade: 40 modules
10th grade: 43 modules
11th grade: 47 modules
12th grade: 47 modules

6. Can we create our own groups?
- No, students are automatically grouped by graduation year when batch uploaded.

7. Will students automatically move up a grade level each year?
- Yes, ONTRACK Plus will move students up at the end of each school year.

8. Can we incentivize students with additional points?
- Yes, you can give "Ad Hoc" points, but there will be a limit set by ONTRACK Plus.

9. What happens if a student fails a quiz after three attempts?
- They receive zero points for completing the quiz, which may affect their eligibility for rewards and incentives. But they will earn points for watching the video.

10. Are there additional resources we can use with our students?
- Yes, discussion questions and worksheets are available for many of our modules. Be sure to check the Resources tab within each module.
Bonus Box Terms & Conditions

1. What is the Bonus Box?
- The Bonus Box is an opportunity for students to answer a daily question on a variety of topics for an opportunity to win prizes. By answering the daily Bonus Box question correctly, you will be entered into a raffle with all of the other students who answered the daily Bonus Box question correctly for that day.
Each day, the Bonus Box question is posted, ten students from all the students who answered correctly will be selected at random to win a $10 gift card.

2. When can I answer the Bonus Box question?
- The daily Bonus Box question will be posted generally Monday through Friday (except for major holidays, office closures, technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances that may arise ) from 7: 00 AM to 11:59 PM EST.

3. How many times can I win?
- You can win the raffle prize up to twice per calendar week.

4. How do I know if I've won?
Winners are announced in three ways:
- The first name and last initial of all winners is posted on the ONTRACK Plus platform Bulletin Board by 12:00 PM EST the next day
- An email notification to each winner within 24 hours of the drawing. Look for an email from: team@ontrackplus.org
- Through site-wide notifications
- Winners are selected randomly using https://spinthewheel.io/

5. Who can participate?
- Any registered ONTRACK Plus student can participate. (ONTRACK Plus employees, Uncommon Individual Foundation staff, and their immediate family members are not eligible.)

6. Can I answer the Bonus Box question multiple times per day?
- No, you're limited to one entry per day. Make it count!

7. Do I need to do anything special to enter?
- Just answer the daily Bonus Box question correctly! If you get it right, you're automatically entered into that day's drawing.

8. How do I claim my prize if I win?
- All winners will receive an email with a Prize link from GIFTOGRAM. Click the link to claim the digital Visa gift card.

9. How long do I have to claim my prize?
- Winners have 7 days from when you receive the notification to claim their prize. Don't wait too long!

10. What happens if I don't claim my prize in time?
- Unclaimed prizes are returned to the prize pool after 7 days.

11. What if I have technical issues accessing the Bonus Box?
- Contact ONTRACK Plus support immediately for assistance. Send an email to: team@ontrackplus.org

12. How can I check if I won on previous days?
- Winners' first names and last initials are posted on the Bulletin Board daily. Your school/program administrators also receive updates about winners.

13. Do I need to pay taxes on my prize?
- All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Consult with a parent/guardian or tax professional if you have questions.

14. General Conditions
- By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and the decisions of ONTRACK Plus, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Bonus Box Raffle.
- ONTRACK Plus reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the raffle if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond ONTRACK Plus' reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Bonus Box Raffle.
- Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the raffle and is subject to ONTRACK Plus' privacy policy.
- ONTRACK Plus reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
